Mrs. Widad Luqman is a graduate of Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Arts in Bilingual/Bicultural Education and an Educational Specialist degree. In addition, Mrs. Luqman is endorsed in Early Childhood Education, English as a Second Language, Language Arts and hold an Administrative Certificate.
