Ms. Wernert’s high school scholars on a career day field trip to Jimmy John’s stadium, where we learned of the many different careers and service jobs needed at stadiums for the Utica versus Westside baseball game! The students explored various roles, from event management and marketing to food services and groundskeeping. They also had the opportunity to speak with professionals in the field, gaining valuable insights into the skills and education required for each position. This hands-on experience provided a unique perspective on the diverse career opportunities available in the sports and entertainment industry.
